The reviews are a joke. The culture is still the same. When you speak to industry partners they don’t believe the culture is different than before. You have choices that aren’t like ManTech. Look for options. They will hire you for one position and to make you cover your salary spend time writing proposals to help with the penny pinching leadership. God, what a mistake! Non leadership is good to work with. Proposal team is rude and combative. Click Mentality. Not merit based!!!
