Pros
Despite the size (+10k employees) and broad spectrum of customers/capabilities, ManTech maintains a culture more aligned to a successful mid-size firm. Compared to other large contractors I've worked for, at ManTech, management is very accessible and employees truly can determine their own trajectory. AND...working remotely is totally an option for many positions -- maybe even most.
Cons
From my experience, the general "cons" for all large federal contracting firms are similar. But personally, a con/negative about working at ManTech is not being able to talk openly about all the impressive stuff ManTech does in support of national security, because we just aren't allowed to.
