      Pros

      A mid-sized multi-national company with a small business mindset. The ManTech HR team really cares and values it's people, and strives to enrich their careers through a variety of benefits, services, and support options.

      Cons

      Can sometimes feel overwhelming and 'get lost' in the whirlwind of the day to day. Communication can sometimes be an issue with a geographically dispersed organization with a mix of remote, hybrid, and onsite employees.
