Cons
This company is deeply toxic, especially under a vice president who rules through micromanagement, shouting, and frequent verbal abuse, including cursing and public humiliation of employees. If you join the engineering department, expect to work long hours (8–10 hours a day) without a proper office, chair, or even basic workplace facilities. There is no structured onboarding or training, new hires are left to figure things out on their own, often with no clear job scope or guidance. Career development is nonexistent, as the company rarely offers training or courses, and if you stay too long, your skills will stagnate. Most of the workforce consists of long serving employees with toxic attitudes and limited exposure, many of whom only know how things work within Maruwa and lack proper experience or openness to improvement. Workers are often reassigned to different departments or roles without any notice, and rather than receiving support, you’re likely to be criticized and belittled by coworkers who expect you to instantly know everything. This is not a place for professional growth, only survival. My advice to you is do not work here. If you wish to experince how to work in toxic environment, this is the best place.
