      - Had some great managers to work under while they were there.

      Cons

      - Paid below market. There was not much room for conversation to get a raise even with great performance. - upper management that started the company no longer there

      Pros

      MATI is a great product and the team was a joy to work with. It was a very collaborative atmosphere with the common goal to create the healthiest energy drink on the market.

      Cons

      I am not a fan of Durham.
