      Pros

      A growing firm within industrial construction. Matrix Service has some great hard working people. It also offers a great opportunity through it PDP program for candidates to become project managers.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the industry, has some of the 'old boy' business associated with oil and gas. Additionally upper management sometimes pushed for ventures outside of the firm's core competency. Is this diversification of risk? Or greed?

      Pros

      Team of experience professionals with global reach and opportunities. Super working environment, compensation, benefits. The company's success is in large part due to the level of people, the human-centric culture and the management team - Directors and up - being very very good at what they do booth inside and outside of the company.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance can be a challenge but the company has policies that are supportive as long as you take charge of yourself. Because of their profile, growth rate, market share, sales pipeline and and profitability, the risk of a buyout is real, so it requires careful consideration of your risk tolerance.
