      Nice office environment and atmosphere. Being employed. Younger co-workers bring liveliness to the group. Can't think of much more pros.

      Cons

      Company does not invest much on employees well being and skills advancement. No unity or cohesiveness. Employees are classified into different tiers. Upper tiers gets better perks.

      Pros

      Great at recruiting and placement. Keep in touch throughout assignment. Transparent. Generous pay. Decent benefit package.

      Cons

      Smaller company, though they seem to know what they're doing and have some large clients. Kind of lost touch after assignment ended. They could be better at lining up new assignments for current/past contractors.
