Pros
The employees are at the center of everything, and management really cares about their wellbeing. The work is very various, interesting and meaningful, and I get to work with smart people on some really great projects. The work-life balance is fantastic, and the hours are very flexible. The benefits are also amazing - New retirement plan, that sounds great! And the vision care is a really nice touch. Not to mention the 7 sick days (3 personal days) and fully paid premium insurance coverage. The wellbeing surveys and HR focus groups show that Maya is really committed to making sure its employees are happy and healthy, and yoga in the office is a great way to relax and unwind during the day. Plus, monthly cake day is always a nice treat! The new office looks beautiful, and Organization that's been around for 40 years and counting.
Cons
The insurance plan does not cover massage therapy, but the rest is covered at 100%. Could have a little more communication from the management, but the all hands are always very appreciated and very interesting. I find the cons minor.
