- Some of the senior staff have been there from the start and don't see to do any work. - There is a "do it as quickly as possible" attitude which means the quality suffers. - On occasion, staff are required to work a lot of overtime (including weekends) with no time in lieu on offer. - Because of how the business is run, there is a huge turnover in staff which means there is often confusion on older clients projects
