      Salary is on time I supposed

      Cons

      A lot of changes at the top. Top guns trying to bring in all their gang. Eliminating the existing top level. It is a pain to the staff. Policies/processes/approvals change constantly. Disrupting business. Hiring is slow, expect to shoulder 3 to 4 persons job.
