Its a company on its way to become 100% corporated and soon hit by the big automotive crisis. So that's what you can expect to find. If you want to feel some personal satisfaction with your job, this is the wrong place. Most of the people here just work for a basic salary and will drag you to that feeling over time. Young people wanting to find a meaningful job end up leaving this company. Politics and talking all day long. After some time you realize that most managers have no understanding or experience and survive in the company just creating discussions and faking their own value that way. Leadership top-down is generally terrible, which creates a lot of uncertainty in your daily job (unexisting guidance, lack of clarity, and goals). Talking and no action of the top and mid management is the most frustrating thing: they clearly have no idea how to structure a good company and motivate people. They are newbies, arrogant and there only because of a larger company behind to support them, while it last. Values, principles, and culture is applied and interpreted always to support what management wants and not really as it was meant. Working from home is bad because you must stay in germany which does not make much sense if you can work remotely and your family needs you. It creates tension and stress for the team members who cannot support their families during corona. Everything else is very german old fashion: bureaucratic, complicated and inflexible.
