      Fair Pay. Stable work. Good Growth Opportunities for being patient, dealing with a ton of work without project management or turnovers, and employee care. Their employee care is paying you money. That's about it.

      Cons

      They aren't the most trusting employers out there. They promise to listen to employees, but they never take any action to what will make their employees enjoy their job.

      Creative work environment with amazing support from the owners and co-workers, great pay, awesome work schedule, and good benefits. I can’t really say anything bad about this business.

      This isn’t a true con but the business is located in Delaware.

      Was able to meet some really exciting people and work with some clients that I would have never imagined i would work with.

      Cons

      I worked there a year and it was a fun opportunity but i realized I wanted to do something else.
