- flexible schedule options - 90% work from home - friendly staff
Cons
- salary is not competitive at all, nowhere near keeping up with cost of living - micromanaging - constantly being tracked with status updates with what you are doing / where you are - unrealistic ways of being measured and graded on performance - little room to grow - moving to different departments does not always equal a significant salary bump - no transparency with salary of other roles within the company when asking / applying - break schedule is not flexible
