Pros
I was proud of the product that we produced. It is a very clean, impressive production plant in which you could feel proud of. They are very innovative and have so many technology options. They were always trying to improve quality and processes and were forward thinking. Not to mention, I met so many great, dedicated coworkers.
Cons
I was with MCC for many years. Although the company works hard to promote group activities such as social club, there is a very strange, negative culture there at the same time. The culture is difficult to explain but makes many of the employees uncomfortable. It is a very cliquey atmosphere among both the employees and the management, which at times appeared very immature and unprofessional. There was a change in senior management about 5 years ago that seemed to change the entire dynamic of the company in a negative way, which made it a very unpleasant, uncomfortable place to work.
