      Pros

      Excellent culture throughout the company! Great pay, decent benefits, and flexible shifts make this company one of the best in the area.

      Cons

      Recent merger is bringing lots of changes (good and bad) to our facility. Many tenured employees are not welcoming this change/transition, however, I prefer it cause it's moving us in the right direction regarding growth and productivity.
