Wouldn't recommend to anyone - Programme Manager MCR Pathways Employee Review

I understand the CEO has left so things may be different but I found it to be a very negative culture. Every action was micromanaged whilst we simultaneously left out of important conversations and the bigger picture. There was no trust. When asked for details on strategy management wasn't very forthcoming but when things went wrong management looked for people to blame leading to high turnover. I could go on but I'll leave it there.
