      Pros

      Great benefits compared to other corporations. Exciting programs and teams to be part of. Great Canadian owned company. Leader in Canadian space industry.

      Cons

      Typical minor negatives that all companies could have. No employee stock buying incentive program. Easy to think that grass is greener on the other side....but I have been to the other side and have happily returned to MDA.
