Not a good place - Anonymous employee MDE Group Employee Review

This company really knows what they are doing. They're very structured, but have complete transparency. The C-suite talks to everyone and enjoys hearing ideas off and online. They're very focused on being successful in terms of planning for clients and remaining competitive. My role was a sales/business development position and they gave me very flexible directions and trusted me to succeed in my job while providing good leadership.

None really. Great for starting and understanding the field of investment/asset/wealth management. The only thing I could see that could be an issue is career advancement. A lot of their staff have been there for a long time, but I wasn't there long enough to see if that was going to be an issue for enterprising hires.

The company culture is a very relaxed environment and senior management is accessible and helpful. Some of the projects are really exciting and interesting.

Some disfunction in the way things operate. Very much a top-down type sort of workplace. Not too interested in trying to hear what lower level employees have to say.
