      Pros

      Truly feels like you are treated like family from the CEO down. Great training. Solid base. Standard hours. I feel empowered and championed every day here. The company values it's employees and the working environment is very positive. The company also values philanthropy and encourages us to be active in our communities.

      Cons

      Ramp up time can be a little tough. That is normal in the staffing industry, however. You have to understand if you are new to the industry that building your book of business takes time. However, once you do the commission is lucrative. Just work hard, keep steady at it, and it will pay off.

      Pros

      Positive things are happening at MDI and it started with Ella coming back in as the CEO. She listened to what changes needed to happen and the company is moving in a great direction by being focused on sales and headcount. Kickoff was amazing this year. Leadership really listened to us and brought back the trainers that added real value to our recruiting staff. Looking around the room it was nice to see people with 13 years sales experience mentoring people with 5 and 3 years experience. What was more refreshing was that there was 5 women in leadership there and they are kicking butt with their teams! President's Club criteria is finally changing and more people are going to get to go....It really is a great place where great people work!
