Worst working environment with no recognition for hard work - Anonymous employee MDS Digital Media Employee Review

Everything about this company is false. They make false committment at the time of recruitment. They actually have a system of withholding 15 days salary, which they promise to give after 3 months, if the performance is good. But the truth remains that nobody stays here for 3 months and you virtually loose 15 days of salary. There is no hierarchy and the CEO of the company always plays a game of double standard. In Kolkata branch there is only one full time employee.
