Cons
Many in management (of which I was) practice "silo mentality" which costs the company millions of dollars in lost production. Middle management is also too fat in many instances. Also, pay rates for hourly employees is ridiculously low. I managed several hundred and it took me almost six months and several justification emails to get 5 -10% increases and some of these employees had been with the company between 15-20 years.
