Pros

At this point if they brought back past leadership and dismissed what they have they would have huge successes

Cons

It started off as a great place to work. Everyone loved their jobs and worked together as a team. They cate about customers. Then they chose to hire manager me get that didn’t understand our business, let management go that tried to teach good work ethics. Brought in your members of management that were intimidated but people who knew more and went after each one of us who k ew what we were doing. Can’t trust anyone there. They tell you what you expect t to hear and drop. Over 30 employees have been let go or chose to leave for better opportunities. Terrible work environment. Everything they post on social media is far from the truth. Stay away. Not worth your time and effort.

Pros

This company was sold to Tendo for an ambiguous amount of money last year. All and all it struggled to remain solvent during most of its tenure as a standalone organization and upper management was directly responsible for this situation. I saw three CEOs come and go during my tenure at MDsave and witnessed at least 20 full time employees come and go in a 12-to-18-month period while I worked here. The current leadership consists of Charlie Byrge who is only at the helm because his father's money helped keep the company running while it an autonomous company. There is no future at this company and let me assure you that you will not be treated with respect if you seek employment with this outfit. One thing is absolutely certain Chalie Byrge looks down on those who serve under him. You may as be a galley slave as far as he is concerned.

Cons

Upper management considers employees completely expendable. You can give these guys 100 percent one day and they will have no trouble at all walking you out the door the next day. Please take my advice and withdraw your application if you are thinking about going to work for this organization.
