We maintain high standards of integrity in how we compensate our team, serve our customers, and handle day-to-day operations. We pride ourselves that over half of our employees have been here 15 years (some over 40 years) that have grown from entry-level positions to leaders in the organization, who have found the job rewarding and have built deep relationships with their co-workers. We have clear processes in place to promote fairness and accountability, and we actively encourage employees to raise concerns directly with leadership or HR.
