No cons, it was great

Competitive pay. Nice health insurance. Perdium is usually $100 a day never more but sometimes less.

They require you to work their schedules unless you get a good boss they make you feel as though you will be fired if you ask for a weekend. They demand 7 days a week 12 hours a day most of the time anymore. Unless you suck up to the bosses you can forget about a raise or promotion.
