Small size company with a high turnover in the customer service department, Management is very cut and dry and does not care much, Family benefits are outrageously expensive. This company does not value good employees..

Pros

Friendly people, challenging work, important mission. US headquarters is a beautiful building. Dedicated teams/departments working together to bring hearing to hearing-impaired adults and children through advanced technology. Management cares about the company culture.

Cons

No real downside to working here. Compensation and benefits for the geographical area are competitive, but could be a bit better.
