Pros
The company pays it's employees on time. The UK staff tend to be very pleasant to work with.
Cons
- Senior management in Germany are very negative - they don't offer local or international staff any encouragement and only criticise - they rarely (if ever) recognise or reward success. - Expectations are far too high. - International businesses too tightly controlled by Germany - which results in far too much pressure on the international teams. - Overall a very negative employer.
