      I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Megtec. Great people and a great organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, due to the current downturn in the sheet metal industry in NE Wisconsin, jobs with good companies are hard to come by.

      The people are great. Before B&W it was a small time family like environment.

      Pros

      Decent pay one your full union Second shift management is good Not rushed to the point you have to sacrifice quality

      Cons

      1st shift manager was bad Majority of equipment was horribly out of date Some of the work is pretty bad for your health (equipment is provided to help against that but can be hard to wear in such a hot environment) A lot of workers don't want to help newer workers learn the company's way of building stuff
