- bussiness comes from iot mostly so as IT guy you will not get hike - TOXIC CEO so much toxic don't want to listen anything - sir culture. i have to call sir to one year older than me - CEO don't have time to look all the things he expect as a developer you ask every time for code review how many time we go for this things then if module get delayes then they give blame on us. - no proper office - low salary - senior have not that much knowedge - limited tech skills to learn - not have good product manager to guide product - senior always try to still your work credits - no any junior dev survived their as of my experience - salary provided at 15th day of month so late - no paid leave - no saturday off - per day have to complete 9.30 hours to get full pay other wise it will cut no flexbiable schedule its fix 9 to 6.30 - then also CEO expectation is to work on sundays also
