At first everything goes great but slowly the cracks appear and before you know it, you ask yourself what you got yourself into. Management that fights you at every corner, who show you how incompetent they are on a daily basis. They look the other way only to the favored as they have two sets a rules: one for staff and one for management. Constant lying from management, who do not even think twice lying straight to your face. Zero trust in any employee they are not related to, whom are monitored and spied on. Zero coordination, zero managing of projects: The staff constantly rotates due to hiring and quitting out of pure frustration due to management. Projects quickly fall behind with no direction from anyone. Yet you still have to work overtime unpaid to clean up managements messes. Just check the website for the constant rotating faces every month. If you value yourself as a professional, do yourself a favor, and do not accept a position here. No advancement or moving up in your career exists here.
