- long hours, very bad pay
- dommineering bosses/ceo - watches you on camera like hawk & calls you out for normal human behaviors.
- no benefits (at my time of employment)
- very very poor retention, people constantly quitting
- you cant really take any vacation time off, theyre businesses structure is built to handle that
