      Pros

      The work week was 35 hrs with 1 hr paid lunch. Good benefits - health insurance, DCP & tuition reimbursement for under grad & graduate. Nice co-workers. Over all you do get the sense care's for it's employees

      Cons

      Difficult for minorities (with the education & experience) to move up.

      Great mentorship, clear instructions, freedom to self-direct some projects, good company culture and many events outside of work

      Pros

      Most of the people who worked there. My direct manager was great to work with. Flexible work schedule. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      MFS does not pay well. Their salaries are usually the lowest in the industry. The company outsourced our jobs to India just to save money.
