Friendly colleagues, decent pay matching industry average, decent hours.
Cons
Management are disgusting, promising 25+ staff jobs are safe long term to get them all together one Friday to lay them all off out of the blue. At the top a bully who thinks its funny to make a point about MG Rover closing with 6000 people loosing their jobs.
