      Pros

      There is a big emphasis on feeling like you are part of a family. MHBT has some of the friendliest and most helpful folks I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Not too sure if there are any real cons, I've heard the pay is on the low end but I don't know if that's true or not.

      Fun atmosphere created by CEO (Bill was the best), volunteering opportunities, Wednesday breakfasts, fun holiday events, earn 1.5 days PTO per month, flex hours,

      Cons

      Micromanaging was a nightmare. Not all employees are treated equally or given same educational opportunities. Overworked. Be prepared to work long hours. Do not work through lunch because that is frowned upon, and if you stay late, they have to approve overtime. If you’re one minute late in the morning, work through your entire lunch and work late, they solely focus on the 1 minute you were late (even if you’re not behind on your work). Be prepared to take a lot of classes & study a lot for certifications outside of work.
