This place just keeps making bad decisions. The new CEO has been in charge for over a year now and his biggest accomplishment is moving offices.
A lackluster product team mixed with bad, untested code, leads to implementations that fail. The CEO's brilliant idea to solve for this was to change leadership among the team that runs projects and clients.
This leadership has done what you might expect from those who previously were clueless in past roles within the organization, as they are clueless here too. They have continued to ignore anything that could make a positive impact to our actual jobs, and instead decided to "reorg" into a model that will not work. They are untrustworthy and clearly playing favorites, embarking on two faced attacks to those not pretending to be best friends.
We're on our own now more than ever to make our projects succeed and this is not the answer.
Annual bonuses have been the saving grace of this company for years, but now the CEO is trying to lower and phase them out. It is known many of the new management brought in over the last year, including our clueless leadership mentioned above, are now hiring with no intention of making bonuses part of the compensation plan.
For those of you reading these reviews because you are considering applying to this company or are interviewing, be warned, the overwhelming majority of positive reviews since 2018 come from the company pressuring employees to do so.
