Pros
Wages, interesting environment, fair benefits such as insurance, PTO, 401k, small staff, can not think of more pros working for this company
Cons
Clinic level management not competent to oversee/run clinic. Preferential treatment given to a select few employees. Nursing staff not fully oriented/trained. High turnover, mainly due to a very hostile work environment, some nurses allowed to bully patients (inmates) and staff with the HSA turning a blind eye. Voicing concerns leads to retaliation. Policies/procedures not followed.
