Pros
Respectful and professional work environment. Reasonable-to-competitive compensation (depending on position). Management makes an effort to listen to its employees.
Cons
Poor systems and policies inform compromised experience for drivers and warehouse. Customer service drives operational policies to the detriment of both operational efficiency AND excellent customer service. Executives err on the side of obfuscation during times of transition, rather than openly and transparently representing themselves.
