Team Environment - Esimator MHS Employee Review

Very positive culture in the division that I was with. Strong team environment. People really looked out for each other and helped each other be the best.

There were constant changes in software systems, mergers, leadership, etc. These were always executed in a demanding "now, now, now" fashion. This detracted from the data to day work and performance suffered.

They really take care of their employees, but in return you are expected to work 60+ hours. This position does have a high turnover rate due to work stress. It is a fast growing business. And has a-lot to improve.
