To be honest, there is no pros :)

- The team is full of arrogance, someone insulted the team mates in the office and WhatsApp chat room, and called out someone and call that person “brainless”, and was always angry about everything. - Salary is relatively low in the market. This company will lower your basic salary, and HR will tell you here has a monthly performance bonus which is up to 20% (which sounds very fancy right?) But they could give you 0% performance bonus actually. - This company is the first EVER company I worked which required their employees to clock in and clock out (even lunch time)…… - Heavy OT, I used to work until 12 in the morning. - You will often get banned and questioned in this office. At least the team loves to humiliate people so that the management would look like the “smartest” person in the office - 12 WFH per YEAR (what a joke) - No one-the-job training. They expected you knew EVERYTHING before joining. No mercy and no tolerance towards any juniors/new joiners

Flexible working hours, you can learn a lot

Lack of respect from the team head and AM. Need to work overtime, stressful.
