Management disorganised. lack of structured approach to career progression /developing staff skills especially as they get more experienced, unfortunately probably quite typical of a practice of this size.

A pedigree of high quality design, office trips, opportunity to learn from very experienced colleagues, friendly office culture, roof terrace.

Slow to come back to the office after lockdown.
