This is something that it's hard for employees to do it specially in towns that are more elderly people who don't know how to use online banking. This company is forcing employees to do all of this and if they don't make the goals they get written up. They shouldn't. These people don't even take for granted the good customer service we give to their members. This is getting some employees stressed and frustrated and worried about getting a write up or getting terminated from their job. They Don know the struggle that is causing an employee with this. Wells Fargo and even other credit unions don't bother like this. They have to care about they're employees struggles and stop threatening with write ups. Etc.
