Like most people said, very low pay. Hours don’t leave room for any home life. Dress code is outdated. At the time I worked there you couldn’t have any facial hair like we still worked in the 60’s and can’t show any tattoos. I make 20k more a year now while working actual bankers hours. No work from home option when jobs can be performed at home.
