Training to initially get started Quick turnaround from being interviewed to getting a job Company Car and use of equipment.

Advertised as flexible working but you had a fixed rota and strict deadlines to visit clients. The role was mobile and occasionally road conditions meant it was out of staffs control when arriving late. Too many processes and tracking of your day felt like management did not trust you as an employee. Your salary and commission was docked if equipment was damaged even though the kits were shared across staff. Progression limited and working remotely is not ideal for everyone.

The owners/managers are very manipulative and are constantly making false promises. Everything they do is unlawful and they get away with it because the majority of their employees are not from the UK, therefore, do not know about employment protocol. They are inexperienced in the beauty world and also in general human ethics. It is also clear that they wrote the other review on here.
