Terrible Company - Stay Away - Analyst MIO Partners Employee Review

Stay away - they lure you in with great comp and benefits but the company itself is terribly run. You have to work ridiculous hours and stay late because of "face time" even if you don't have any work to do. Managers will not help you if you ask for help and they make no effort to invest in training or career advancement opportunities. Many people there are type A personalities and are not friendly at all. They are constantly being sued so they will look to cut costs as often as they can which eventually leads to job cuts. Senior Management is out of touch and if you raise any concerns nothing will change.
