Culture is good and folks are friendly. Extra education will be paid for in some cases. Employees are recognized for positive client feedback and fun events held.

Pay is low, workload can fluctuate very high, expected to take on extra responsibilities with no extra pay. Frequent staff turnover, both voluntary and (mostly) non voluntary means you never get to know someone very long before they're gone. It introduces anxiety when you never know if you'll be next when the company is losing money.
