      Nothing. There were no good points to working here.

      Cons

      Developers were put in a cold room to work. They had to supply their own heaters. Arrogant, uncommunicative management.

      They work with me when I need time off, which is much appreciated.

      Cons

      Can be a bit overwhelming when we are under a time constraint to keep the turn-around-time.
