      Pros

      There is no pros this place has went downhill and could care less about employees or vendors

      Cons

      They pit employees againest each other. No coordination , a disaster waiting to happen. CEO will take advantage of you and also give you cash secretly. President is piece of work. The work can be confusing because things change daily. Even their handbook. Their always looking for next big thing and dont care about the things they already have. They are losing business because of their poor ethics

      Pros

      Great people to work with, understanding and fun loving, clean environment. Cool product offering and several core changes taking place that will drive success for the next several decades.

      Cons

      Diverse industries and outlets MITO serves can be challenging, and constantly bringing new technology to the market to stay relevant in the marketplace can make your head spin if you don't keep your finger on the pulse... but challenges increase the reward in the long run.
