Pros
- A lot of remote work possibilities - Pay was decent for entry level - Small opportunities to Collab with devs to learn how to troubleshoot.
Cons
- Small management group so no room to advance - Teams did not communicate well so things would change and support didn't know. - Sales over promising software performance and ability to customers making support calls automatically need to be deescalated. - Stuff always breaking flooding support with tickets, work and angry customers to handle.
