      Some amazing coworkers. All very helpful and hardworking. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Pay is not up to par with competitors. Growth is pretty much non existent. There are no incentives to keep employees wanting to stay and to boost morale. Lack employee recognition for hardwork. HR, senior and upper management dont seem to care about employees.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
