Pros
As a senior administrator at MLS Direct Network for many years I have not witnessed any of the activities described. In fact no one has ever even hinted to me that these kinds of activities ever occurred. As a senior female administrator I would never tolerate yelling or berating employees, inappropriate comments, racially demeaning comments or consuming alcohol during business hours. I doubt seriously anyone would work under those conditions for more than a few weeks. MLS Direct has grown to become a top 50 processing provider over the last 9 years and we work hard to provide a positive work environment. Our salaries are very generous; vacations are generous; we are always adding benefits for our employees. We have minimal turn over in our staff. Our staff interaction is very positive and enjoyable. These posts are obviously very mean spirited and posted by ex- employee(s) who seem to be obsessed over a job they were fired from.
Cons
Due to our small size we do require employees to have regular attendance. We will not apologize for encouraging and rewarding a good work ethic.
