      Pros

      They give you ongoing training to become a better person.

      Cons

      The pay is bad as compared to the kind of work you have to do. Not enough for break, stand on your feet for hours doing the same thing. Managers and management are mean most of the time and most of all you don’t get sick leave, you have to book your holidays 2-3 weeks ahead and it’s not even a guarantee you’ll be approved

      Pros

      The team work hard and are supportive, you can also get discounted flowers.

      Cons

      Management is run by an 'old boys club'. If you aren't a favourite, you have no chance. They have very outdated views. Going in to work is stressful. The environment is hostile, you are constantly on edge.

      This option of Pros should be exempted for this company .

      Cons

      Toxic pool . Do not waste your time . Mental and physical drain. Also all you find is people with Fake mask and Backstabbers.
